How orders are processed, packed, and shipped — and what to expect after checkout.

Order processing

Checkout submission creates your order record and issues a reference number immediately. Orders are reviewed for stock confirmation and payment before being released for fulfillment. In-stock orders typically process same or next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Domestic orders ship to all 50 states. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout based on your address.

Tracking updates

A tracking number is assigned once your order ships. It appears in your customer account alongside your order status. If you need a shipping update before tracking is available, call or text (813) 787-1070.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. No brand identifiers appear on the exterior of the package.

Address accuracy

Enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If there's an issue with your address, support will reach out using the contact information on your order before releasing the shipment.

Damaged or missing shipments
