Dr.Helix uses customer and support information only to run the storefront, manage orders, maintain accounts, and respond to questions. We do not sell your information.

What we collect

We collect the information you submit through checkout, account creation, contact forms, and provider inquiries. That can include your name, email, phone number, shipping address, company or practice name, order details, and support messages.

How we use it

We use this information to confirm orders, issue order references, process fulfillment, respond to support requests, maintain the customer portal, and communicate payment or shipping updates.

What we do not store

Dr.Helix does not store full card details in the customer account. Payment handling is completed through approved payment and invoicing channels, and the portal shows payment status only.

Support and email communication

Support communication may be stored so we can keep order history, shipment context, and customer follow-up attached to the same account. This includes replies by phone, text, email, or web forms when needed to complete the order flow.

Account access and security

Customer account credentials are used to protect order visibility, shipping updates, and account settings. Private workspace access for internal staff is kept separate from the public customer account experience.

Operational vendors

Order, shipping, email, and invoice workflows may rely on third-party service providers. We share only the operational information required to deliver the order, issue communication, or maintain the storefront.
