Dr.Helix products are sold for research use only and reviewed before release. We resolve damaged, incorrect, and incomplete shipments — here's how.

What we cover

We address damaged shipments, incorrect items, incomplete orders, and shipments that never arrived.

We do not accept returns of opened, reconstituted, or temperature-sensitive items unless the issue is the result of an order or fulfillment error on our end.

How to report an issue

Contact support as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order reference number, a description of the issue, and photos of the package and products if the item arrived damaged.

Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of research-grade compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened vials, reconstituted products, items that have been stored outside specified conditions, or products where handling cannot be verified after delivery. Exceptions apply when the issue is caused by an order or shipment error.

What happens after you report

Support reviews every report against the order record. Resolution may include replacement, credit, or shipment follow-up depending on the issue. We'll confirm the resolution path with you directly — no automated responses, no guessing at next steps.
