How payment works at Dr.Helix — from checkout through confirmation.

What happens when you check out

Submitting your order creates a saved order record and issues a reference number immediately. Payment is processed or followed up on after the order record is created — you always have a reference number before any payment is collected.

Accepted payment methods

Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Dr.Helix uses approved payment providers to process transactions. The storefront does not store full card details. For questions about accepted methods before placing an order, call (813) 787-1070.

Tracking your payment

Payment status and shipping updates are visible in your customer account under your order reference. If there's a payment issue, support will contact you using the information on your order — it won't fall into a separate email thread.

After payment is confirmed

Once payment is confirmed, your order moves into fulfillment. You'll receive tracking information in your customer account once your order ships. Same-day processing applies to in-stock orders with confirmed payment.
